I was stationed in at the Middletown, Conn IFC area in 1956. I was transferred to the Manchester, Conn IFC area in 1957. In late '57 I was transferred to the launching area in Manchester. At both facilities I ran the generators. I am still friends with John Lahda who still lives in Manchester and also served on that base. I would love to hear from anyone who was also stationed there from 1957 to 1959.
Really enjoyed seeing the pictures. Thanks.

I am a life-long resident of Connecticut, and have resided in Manchester CT since secondary school. I currently own property on a road off Keeney St, and my mother resides less than 500m from the HA-25 Command Center near "Hercules dr". I have spent my childhood climbing through this area, I have visited places underground in Portland HA-36 (Meshomasic) and I love the topic. You have done a wonderful job with the site, and I can appreciate the time and effort that has gone into the research and maintenance. When I noticed that you had amended the site as recently as May, I knew that I should reach out and thank you for these efforts.
I am a veteran of the US Army, I am 33 years old, and I believe that our history is to be cherished and preserved. Thank you for what you have done to promote this cause, and help to explain to later generations what has happened here in CT.
Best to All!
